The fee is set by Council on an annual basis and is applicable for the period 1 July to 30 June.
The occupant agrees to pay the occupation fees in advance on the first day of every quarter (1 July, 1 October, 1 January and 1 April), in four equal installments.
Alternatively, a discount of 2.5% is available to an occupant who pays the annual fee as a lump sum in advance on the first quarter being 1 July.
Council may give notice of termination of an Occupation Agreement to the occupant if the occupant fails to pay the occupation fees in accordance with Term 11 of the Occupation Agreement.
